Surgery

Well, I am going to have surgery on my foot next month.  An old high school injury has never healed correctly, and resurfaced with a vengance in my marathon training.  Of course, it could be due to the fact of me getting old .   After getting healed up, I will begin training again.  Keep checking the website for details!
