Maybe the BIG MELT is coming!!!

Another snowy day here in paradise.  It is all beautiful, but I am ready for summer!  Some of the boys were tussling outside this afternoon.  All the whining in the background is pooch wanting in on the fun.

This guy was hanging out in our back yard this morning.  He must be at least a 14 pointer.

We are SO BLESSED to live in such an awesome place.

Went with the jeep club, Christian 4 Wheelers, up to Wheeler Lake last weekend.  Our "stock" Jeep barely made it, but we did and it was a blast!  The dog was freaked though with all the scraping going on. 

We took a trip over the weekend with the neighbors to Ouray, CO.  Tons of off road trips for our rented Jeep and lots of wildflowers.  Our hotel was awesome with hot springs right outside our door and a campfire every night.  We even saw the space station flying by in the night sky the first night we were there.

I found a video of the road leading up to Yankee Boy Basin.  This is the one we will be taking….. yikes!  The video is great but the audio is not.

Fields of wildflowers…just incredible!

Me and the “little woman” took a weekend trip to Crested Butte.  The wildflowers were EVERYWHERE(pictures of them later).  I also did some fishing, and did pretty well.

I have been running the New Santa Fe Trail alot lately.  Me, wife and pooch walked it the other night, and we had a visitor in front of us.
