Well, I am now training for the American Discovery Trail Marathon.  Started the countdown in the left hand column.  We will see how my foot does.  I can tell you one thing so far…..I am getting old.  Bouncing back is not as easy as it used to be.  We will seee.

Went to the podiatrist today and I found out that I have osseous equinus on the upper part of my ankle.  This bone growth at the top of my ankle has caused my ankle to not flex correctly, which causes all the extra stress on the bottom of my foot causing the heel pain.     [...]
