Met wifey in Illinois to visit the grandkids. Me, Dad, Bill and Oney got to play some golf too.

OK…it’s rough, but someone has to do it.  Payton and I golfing today at the Air Force Academy.

Snowed yesterday and supposed to snow tomorrow, but beautiful today.  So Spencer, Larry and I played a little golf today.  In 9 holes(not counting the last one-ouch!), I was 1 over par with 4-3puts(arghhh!), 2 birdies and a chip in.  It was a tough day, but someone had to do it.  I walked, so count [...]

I have been doing the epliptical alot due to that heel issue.  Still bugging me, but maybe if I do low impact heel stuff for a while, it will resolve itself.  I also had a tough day training on the links today too.  Another beautiful day here in Colorado.  Do you like my pink ball?

Today was a tough day of training.  Because of the BEAUTIFUL weather, me and Larry had to play golf.  Ok, at least we walked.  Actually, I ran 5 miles yesterday and felt great!  Still got a long way to go before getting up to 26 miles, but I am getting there.
