Sunday, October 5th, 2008My training includes some fun stuff too. Me and Ben hiked La Plata Peak out here in Colorado last Friday. A 14er is one of the 50-some 14 thousand foot peaks here in Colorado. A GOOD workout. 4500 foot gain from the trailhead. We started in the dark at 6am and got to the top at 10am.
